We are in search of someone who owns, or is looking to own a Self Storage Facility
or a similiar business in the Hawaiian Islands (Maui, Oahu, Big Island), and have us
serve as long-term (living on-premises if possible) management of your business for
you. Maybe you already have, or you want to purchase such a business in the Islands
for something like this, or some other kind of small business, but you do not want to
live there full time while managing your business yourself. If you enjoy going to Hawaii,
this would give you a valid business reason to go there to check on your business
venture from time-to-time...

We are most familiar with Honolulu, Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island, but we are open
to living on ANY of the Hawaiian Islands, managing your business for you on a long
term basis.

The economy is down right now, possibly making this a good time to do something like
this. In such a buyers market, there should be some motivated sellers out there if you
are buying a business. Use the rest of the economic downtime to prepare for the next
stage of the cycle, when the economy should pick up again.

When the economy is good people store their older and unused items when upsizing,
when it is bad, they store everything while downsizing....

In the right situation I am also willing to put our own money, as well as our time and
energy into such a business venture to help it to become successful.

I am also passionately interested in steel "storage / shipping container" housing, and
would be very interested in a business where I would be involved in the sale of such
container housing, or in the development of a container housing project somewhere in
the islands. Would also be very interested in developing other creative commercial and
residential uses for such containers. Operate this new branch of the business out of the
same self storage complex location.

We are a stable, dependable, hard working, multi-talented, married (36+ years),
mature (him 60, her 57), Caucasian couple - looking for a situation where we could
manage your business for you on a long-term basis. We work very well together,
as a team.

Both of us have already retired from other long-term employment, as well as having
been involved in owning other successful businesses, so we know what it takes to
have a successful business. We are both strong believers in offering a high level of
Customer Service, Honesty and Integrity (capital letters intended). We are also
willing to do whatever it takes to help make this business venture a success.

I have several other talents, experience and ideas that could generate significant
additional income for this type of business (and you would get your fair share of that).
One would be as an almost exclusive provider (distributor and service provider) of
a little known, but very unique coating I have used that would do well, VERY WELL,
in a salt water, corrosive, seaside environment, as well as for the exterior surfaces
of a self-storage complex. When we get there and establish our service business
(that we have successfully run before), since it would be based at the same location,
you would also be a partner, and fully share in that. We also have several years
experience in commercial pressure washing and concrete cleaning, working with
specialized coatings, as well as tile and grout cleaning and slip-resistant coatings for
slick when wet tile floors, that will no longer be slick when wet after we have done
what we do. Just think about how many tile floors there are in these Islands...

We are currently living on the US Mainland (Georgia), but looking to relocate to the
Islands to live out the rest of our lives, and unencumbered enough to be able to do
so whenever the right situation presents itself. Will respond to all serious inquiries,
and will consider all serious offers.

For the right business owner and partner, we can team up to make this a GREAT
situation for all parties involved, and we want to make this very profitable for all of us.

Once we get established in the new environment, the service business that I plan to
develop should increase in value and have equity that will later be a valuable asset
when that business is sold. At our age, with no children or dependents (and nobody
special to leave an estate to), at some point we plan to pass this equity on to the
business partner who helped us get to the Islands in the first place.

We also have several other ideas (not yet mentioned) for services that could be added
to such a location that should generate even more revenue when developed, but
without requiring a lot of additional manpower, if any at all.

Or, develop the Self Storage facility into a combined Self Storage and Multi-Business
Complex. This would generate all kinds of additional revenue. I can be more specific
about this at a later time...

We try to be available whenever you need us.  We can work 6 days a week, including evenings and late-night hours, but we try not to work on Sunday, usually not even to return phone calls. We believe that Sundays are for something other than work.
