Residential / Commercial / Licensed / Insured / Mobile to Southeastern / Southern USA - "Have customers, will travel"

We offer these services to the Self - Storage Warehouse Industry

We offer Everbrite™ applications services to the Self - Storage Warehouse Industry. We are mobile, and will be happy to travel
anywhere that the amount of work requested justifies our being able to do so. Please consider us the next time you need this
service at your location ~

We can simply do a very careful and very thorough cleaning of your roll-up doors (average cost of $8-12 per door (depending on size of door)), using a hand-wash process (we NEVER use a pressure washer), with our work being
fully guaranteed,

OR.....

We can
  • Restore / rejuvenate color to faded / oxidized / chalky finishes WITHOUT repainting -

We can restore the like new color and look to roll - up doors and other oxidized / faded metal
surfaces such as signs, gates, window and door frames, roofs. etc., WITHOUT painting (or ANY
of the negative issues OR EXPENSE that come with doing that).

The material we use in this process is a very affordable and durable clear coating known as
"Everbrite™". Everbrite™ can either be used to restore the finish to a faded/oxidized surface that
needs that, or as a long-term durable protective coating to a surface that did not need to have
    the finish restored.

PLEASE follow any of the links found on this website that will take you to the Everbrite™ website,
will fully explain, and will answer most any questions you may have, and give you a complete
explanation about the line of coating products known as Everbrite™.

  • So, when we apply the Everbrite™ Coating to surfaces at your Self Storage location ~

Thank you for your interest in having us refinish your doors with Everbrite™ Protective Coating.
HMS Coatings is an Authorized Contractor for the application of and warranty for the full line of
    Everbrite™ Coating products.

You have valuable property. The condition and appearance of the doors makes a huge difference in the overall appearance of your facility. Once all of your doors are refinished, they will look like new again.
More importantly, the metal will be protected from the elements and future damage.

Please let me take this opportunity to point out the many benefits to restoring the original paint on your
roll up doors with Everbrite™ instead of painting.

    · Once your doors are refinished, your facility will be virtually maintenance free. Dust may settle on the
metal but will easily rinse off. Doors resist dirt and contamination, and they stay cleaner longer.

    · Everbrite™ Protective Coating will protect against harmful elements such as sun (UV), salt air oxidation,
    bird droppings, etc.

    · Surfaces refinished with Everbrite™ will not fade or chalk for 5 - 10 years and can easily be refinished
at a small fraction of the original cost. Also, this Coating is much less expensive to maintain than a
repainted surface would be to maintain.

    · Graffiti can be removed easily without harming the original paint.

    · Everbrite™ will not chip, crack, peel, yellow, or otherwise discolor. The finish will last for years without fading or otherwise deteriorating.

    · Your coated surfaces will be indefinitely maintainable. Everbrite™ can be easily recoated at a much
    reduced rate.

    · No interruption in day to day business. Everbrite™ dries very quickly so you don't need to inconvenience
    your customers in any way.

    Some problems with repainting are:

    · Repainted surfaces tend to blister, chip and peel. It is common knowledge that you will NEVER get a better coat of paint than the original Factory baked - on finish, but we also know that paint cannot be baked on in the field. New paint that may be blended to match existing paint might not bond due to different paint types, might not fully match, might fade at a different rate, and you always have to deal with overspray, spills, splats, splotches, and cleanup. Everbrite™ is a clearcoat (so no masking is needed), dries quickly, with minimal cleanup, and will resolve ALL of these issues for you, and will also be less expensive and longer lasting than repainting. Seems like a no - brainer to me...

    · Repainted surfaces will oxidize at an accelerated rate, often within one year. Many of the additives that used to help make paint last have been removed for ecological and health related reasons.

    · Repainted surfaces will need repainting frequently unless sealed & protected from the elements.

    · According to several door manufacturers that Everbrite™ works with, repainted doors tend to have more problems with their mechanisms due to the extra weight of the paint and with paint gumming up the roller bearings. Everbrite™ is practically weightless in dry form on the door and will not gum up any of the mechanisms of the roll - up doors.

We are experienced with working with storage doors and the protection of customer’s property inside the storage unit. We DO NOT use pressure washers and are extremely careful not to get water into the units. Pressure washers also do not remove the oxidation adequately. Proper preparation of the surface to be coated is an extremely important part of this process, to assure for proper adhesion of the protective coating.

    · We will guarantee the quality of our work and we fully understand the importance of professional conduct around your business, and your customers.

HMS Coatings will completely hand-scrub, deoxidize, restore, and protect your storage doors with Everbrite™ Protective Coating. Everbrite™ will never chip, peel, or crack. Due to the extreme UV exposure in many areas in the SE and Southern USA, we will apply 2 coats of Everbrite™ as part of this process at no extra charge.

    · We have worked with enough storage facilities to realize how important your customers are to you (as they should be). If a customer comes in, we move our operation to allow them full access to their space. This way, there is no interruption in the day to day operations of your facility.

    · Usually, once we have determined how much of the Everbrite™ materials we will need at your location, you will place (and pay for) the order through the Manufacturer, and it will be drop - shipped to your location. When we do the work, we will bill you only for the labor (as you have already paid for materials) at the rate agreed on in the written estimate or contract. If there is leftover material, and you do not want it, we will purchase it from you and reduce the final invoice to you for the appropriate amount.

    · All work to be completed in a timely fashion. We will be able to complete a minimum of 100 doors in a five
day work week. Many can be completed much sooner than that, and all of our labor is subject to local weather conditions.

    · Payment Terms ~ We will accept a check for 25% of the estimate (for labor) at the beginning of the project (33% if the project is outside of the Metro Atlanta area where we have to pay for lodging), with the final amount to be paid by check when the work has been completed, when you get the final invoice (which has been adjusted for unused material you want to return to us) at the completion of the project.

Please call us if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you to make your location look as good as it possibly can.
